Tire Cutting Machine

The tire cutting machine is an essential pre-processing equipment in the tire recycling line, specially designed for cutting waste tires (≤1200mm in diameter, without steel bead) into manageable pieces smaller than 900mm. These rubber chunks are easier to feed into the tire shredder, enhancing the shredding efficiency and protecting the blades.

Application of Tire Cutting Machine

This tire cutter machine is suitable for waste tyres that have been treated by a tire wire drawing machine and have had the bead steel wire removed.

For Larger OTR Tires (1400mm–4000mm)

In addition to standard tire cutters, we also provide OTR tire cutter solutions designed specifically for off-the-road (OTR) tires ranging from R35 to R63 sizes. These machines are capable of handling the larger size and structural toughness of OTR tires commonly used in mining and heavy equipment.

• The operator manually loads a steel-free waste tire onto the cutting platform
• The hydraulic system drives the blades to cut the tire into several large pieces
• These tire chunks are then ready to be fed into a tire shredder for secondary shredding
