The fully automatic rubber powder production line is designed for large-scale tire recycling projects. It transforms waste tires—especially passenger car and truck tires—into high-purity rubber powder through a series of automated processes. With minimal manual involvement, this line delivers stable performance, consistent output, and customizable particle sizes, meeting the demands of various downstream applications such as rubber mats, sports surfaces, and modified asphalt.

Raw Material and Final Product

Raw Material:

• Waste tires with a diameter ≤1200mm
• Suitable for car, truck, and light OTR tires

Final Product:

• Rubber powder with customizable mesh size (10–40 mesh)
• Purity up to 99% (steel and fiber free)
• Optional rubber granules for tile or mat production

• Tire cutting machine : Cuts tires into sections
• Tire shredder machine: Roughly shreds tires into blocks
• Intermediate Conveyor + Buffer System: Automatically transfers and stores materials
• Rubber powder mill unit: Crushes blocks into rubber granules or powder
• Fiber Separator: Air classifier removes nylon fibers
• Collection System: Collects finished rubber powder

Option 2

• Ring Cutter & Block Cutter Combined Machine : Cuts the tire ring and body in one step
• Steel Wire Separator : Mechanically removes inner steel ring
• Remaining steps same as Option 1
